Policies

Please read in full, prior to booking.

All appointments will be required to keep a credit card on file. Due to the growing demand of my work, cancellations take up spots for others who were looking for an appointment. Therefore, a $10 cancellation fee will be applied to any/all cancellations- no exceptions. Should you need to cancel within 48 hours, you will be responsible for 50% of your booked service. A "No-Show" is if you have not reached out to me to cancel your appointment and you do not show up. If you are marked as a No-Show, you will be responsible for 100% of your booked service. After your third No-Show, you will no longer be allowed to use the online booking features. Appointments are honored at my discretion, and I will cancel any appointments I feel are not adhering to these policies.

Please contact me if/when you need to cancel your appointment and I will do so on my end and assess any necessary fees.

Additional Information

No guests permitted. All appointments are 1-on-1 for my safety and yours. 

Your remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY. Please note that some sets have starting prices and the remaining balance depends on your preferred design. Any questions feel free to contact me for more info. 

 

I only soak off and refill on my own work. If you need to soak-off please contact me immediately so I can block off extra time and prepare for your services.

Please have a design ready at the start of your appointment.

 

Unless you are getting a refill, please remove any product you have on your nails before we begin. This includes any nail polish, gel polish, dip, acrylic, etc. You will be charged $20+ if anything needs to be taken care of before we begin.
